QUESTION: What reasons for my appointments to be automatically canceled?

QUESTION: How do we schedule an assessment?
A: Client & Parent / Guardian will complete free mental health screening. Once completed admissions will give you call and schedule the virtual assessment with a licensed clinician.

QUESTION: Who completes the Referral & Consent form?
ANSWER: Social workers, providers, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure follow up care.
QUESTION: Do you accept all insurance?
ANSWER: Yes, in state and out of state: Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial Insurance.
QUESTION: Do I have to pay our co - insurance, co - pay, and deductible at time of visit?
ANSWER: Yes, so we can properly update your insurance company.
QUESTION: How many clients attend group therapy Monday through Friday per a session?
ANSWER: A total of 12 clients and are separated by pediatric (ages 5 to12) and adolescent (ages 13 to 17).
QUESTION: Will a excuse note be provided for clients attending outpatient group therapy (PHP & IOP)?
ANSWER: Yes, we will provide an excuse note for each day attended. Based on medical necessity.
QUESTION: What if I'm late pass 10 minutes to group therapy?
ANSWER: You will not be admitted into program and will be counted absent.
